I have never made no bake cookies before and when I planned to go see one of my sweet friends new baby I just knew I had to make these to bring over as a treat.
They were incredibly easy to make and super delicious.
I tossed my chocolate chips in a little earlier than I should have because they ended up melting completely with the oat mixture but hey, chocolate is chocolate.
The peanut butter isn’t overwhelming in these, which I like. You will like these too. Make them for a friend this weekend or your family.
Happy Friday!

I love no bake cookies. I have to be careful though because I’ll eat a whole batch! YUM. Perfect for summer when you don’t want to turn on the oven.
That’s why I had to make them for someone else because I kept a few and have eaten every last one of them myself! Dangerous, but so good!
I grew up making “no bakes”! The only thing I didn’t do is add the chocolate chips. I’m going to have to try including those though! And of course give them away too…
I have to try these!!
You won’t be sorry!
These are John David’s favorite!! YUM!
