Can you believe I have a title for food that doesn’t include a baked good?! I know, right?
These little tacos are so darn easy that you’ll thank me later for saving you loads of time.
They aren’t as pretty to photograph as my baked goods but they are delicious nonetheless.
These are perfect for when you have a busy day scheduled or are at work. Start these in your crockpot in the morning and you will reap the benefits.
Tell me your favorite crock pot recipe!
Crock pot Chicken Tacos
Ingredients:
1 lb ( or however much you want) whole, boneless chicken breasts
1 jar of salsa of choice
Whichever toppings you desire. This night we decided on a simple taste of sliced radishes and some feta cheese. Simple and yum in the tum.
Directions:
Place chicken breasts in bottom of crockpot, top with your jar of salsa. Cover and cook in low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-6 hours. Shred with fork at the end of cooking. Serve on taco shells of choice.
Enjoy!
So easy, so good!
My favorite crockpot recipe is chicken spaghetti. You know that Southern casserole dish? It’s so much easier in the crockpot!
Never would have thought to crock pot that!! So great!
